US Domestic Shipping

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States. Ready-to-Ship orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and Made-to-Order pieces within 12–14 business days. Shipping out sooner is always our priority, though processing times may extend slightly during high-volume periods.

International Shipping

We don’t offer international shipping just yet, but we’re working toward it. In the meantime, our digital offerings are available worldwide, so you can still enjoy a touch of Bird and Clay wherever you call home.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

Each Bird and Clay piece is signed and numbered, making it uniquely yours. For this reason, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact hello@birdandclay.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
